This SMS Terms & Conditions page ("SMS Terms") applies specifically to the Home Signal Today professional SMS notification program (the "SMS Program"). It supplements, and should be read together with, our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.

Home Signal Today SMS Program

Home Signal Today offers optional transactional SMS notifications to participating professionals who expressly opt in to receive them.

Eligibility

The SMS Program is intended for participating foundation repair, basement waterproofing, structural repair and related home-service professionals in the United States who have joined the Home Signal Today network through our Join Our Network application.

Types of Messages

Messages may include:

• New homeowner enquiry notifications;
• Enquiry assignment notifications;
• Assignment status updates;
• Operational account notifications; and
• Other non-promotional messages related to your participation in the Home Signal Today network.

These are transactional and operational messages related to your participation in the network. They are not promotional or marketing SMS messages, and homeowners do not receive messages through this program.

Consent

Participation in SMS notifications is optional.

A professional opts in by providing a mobile number and actively checking the SMS consent checkbox on the Join Our Network application. The checkbox is not pre-checked and must be selected by the applicant.

Consent to SMS is not a condition of joining the network. Professionals may choose email-only notifications instead.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies depending on account activity, service area and homeowner enquiry activity.

Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply depending on the recipient's wireless carrier and plan.

Opt-Out

Recipients may reply STOP to any Home Signal Today text message to stop receiving SMS messages. After opting out, you should receive no further SMS notifications unless you subsequently opt in again through an appropriate consent process.

Recipients may reply HELP to any Home Signal Today text message for assistance. You can also reach us at karl@homesignaltoday.com or through our Contact page.

Privacy

Mobile information and SMS opt-in consent are not sold or shared with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes. Information may be provided to telecommunications providers, messaging platforms and other service providers as necessary to operate and deliver the SMS Program. No Guarantee

Participation in the professional network or SMS Program does not guarantee any particular number or frequency of homeowner enquiries.

Changes to These SMS Terms

Home Signal Today may update these SMS Terms periodically. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
